By downloading, installing, or using Daily Focus: 1 Minute Together (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClawLabs App, the developer of the App (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
Daily Focus is a meditation and mindfulness application for Android devices. It provides:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App, or the applicable age of digital consent in your country (which may be higher — up to 16 in some EU/EEA member states). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are a minor, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on your Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
The pattern-style artwork generated during your sessions is produced procedurally based on your device interaction. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to export and share artwork generated through your own sessions for non-commercial purposes.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the App, its underlying algorithms, and the visual style of the generated artwork. You may not sell, license, or commercially exploit generated artwork without our prior written consent.
The App uses a reward-based access model. After completing a focus session, you may be shown an advertisement in order to save or export your generated artwork. The core session timer and audio features remain available without viewing ads.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an ad you believe is inappropriate, you may report it directly to Google.
If your device has no internet connection during a session, the core timer functionality remains available. Ads will be skipped and session data will be stored locally on your device until connectivity is restored, at which point it will sync automatically to our servers.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase, Supabase, and Sentry. Your use of the App is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Daily Focus is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAWLABS APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. As the App is currently free of charge, this amount is zero.
All content, design, code, algorithms, graphics, and other elements of the App are the intellectual property of ClawLabs App and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the App other than the limited licence described in Section 4.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstalling the App, your pseudonymous session data associated with your account will remain in our database. You may request deletion of this data by contacting us at the email address in Section 15.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
